Upon meeting, Simone and Millie were the perfect match. Millie was embarking on her first pregnancy journey, and Simone, having just given birth to her son Oscar, was able to guide her through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. They want to share these workouts to empower women, inspire a safe and honest dialogue about the highs and lows, and aid women in maintaining their health and strength throughout pregnancy.
This prenatal series includes workouts for your first, second and third trimester. There are four workouts in total plus ‘Mom Chats’, where Simone and Millie create a safe and open dialogue about the highs and lows of Pregnancy. You can choose to do these workouts separately, or combine them for a longer, more challenging workout.
This series will provide you with the tools to engage your TVA muscles and strengthen your pelvic floor. It will help you move, feel good, and love your body throughout the most incredible time of your life.
