Celebrity personal trainer and former professional Broadway and West End dancer, Simone De La Rue, and her amazing team take you through The BBS Signature Classes. Although Simone is best known for transforming some of the most famous bodies in Hollywood, she believes that exercise should not be a privilege. She created these at-home workouts for you, so if you can’t get to one of her studios you can still experience the same killer workout and get a “Body By Simone” in the comfort of your own home.

The first 55-minute class is Full Body. Using interval training techniques that combine cardio and conditioning to target the upper body, lower body and core, you will burn calories and create long, lean muscles. The second 55-minute workout is Dance Cardio. A high intensity workout, with easy to follow choreography that will leave you dripping in sweat but smiling ear to ear.

Designed for all fitness levels, the two 55-minute signature workouts use minimal equipment. All you need is a mat, a towel and 3 or 5lb hand weights. Remember, you don’t need to be a dancer to do this workout, the most important thing is to keep moving!
